9:15 Opening Prayer
~ Reminder about correct address for UMMAS donation checks and retreat payment.

I. Unfinished business for May meeting:

a. Kanuga 2011

For Kanuga 2010, Cheryl needs write-ups for brochure by early March from each presenter. 1-2 sentences and a longer one.

II. Post grad credit forms available from Margaret

III. Discussion about the Association and the School

a. Mis-perceptions and activity going on

Presented for discussion:

First proposal is to gift new ministers in the region and ministers who have never been, a trip to Kanuga. This provides a good welcome and outreach to their groups.
A second proposal was made to make the invitation to an UMMAS meeting or Leadership meeting instead of Kanuga.
Third proposal is the choice of any of the 3 events free.

Consensus is to offer all 3 events with an expiration date. VP will create a letter to send and will also notify closest minister to a new minister so that they can make a personal contact with them.
